About the author

Forced to retire at the age of 48 from running my own businesses after suffering a massive and unexpected stroke. I was recommended to exercise my mind in order to fully restore it. However I did not want to merely do crosswords, so instead I embarked on a subject that had interested me for many years, Law and in 2012 was awarded a degree. Then I decided to turn my hand to another long held ambition of writing a novel; that I hope will lead to a new career.

I had previously owned a Post Production facility in Soho London. It had developed from a two-person company that imported and distributed early multimedia technologies into activities which included DVD authoring, language subtitling, general election and weather graphics. It was one of the first computer based facilities that offered professional quality content.
